1. What we collect

Nexio AI collects minimal data:

• Free tier: Your Anthropic API key is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. It never leaves your device or reaches our servers.
• Pro tier: We store your email address and a subscription key to validate your Pro access. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store payment card details.
• Page content: When you trigger the sidebar, the text content of the active page is sent to the AI for processing. This content is not stored on our servers.
• Usage logs: Pro tier usage is counted per calendar month (request count only, no content stored).

2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect browsing history or track pages you visit.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-party services

• Anthropic API — AI inference. Your page content is sent to Anthropic when you use the sidebar. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing for Pro subscriptions. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• Railway — our API backend hosting. Data is stored in Switzerland/EU region where possible.

4. Data retention

Pro user records (email + subscription key) are retained while your subscription is active. You may request deletion by emailing us.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@nexiolabs.app to exercise these rights.
